Appartement Princes

This high-end project, based on the left bank of Lake Geneva and entirely executed by the Swissroc company, benefited from our support during the early stages of the design when the client purchased the property off plan. Our early involvement allowed us to optimize the spaces before construction and hence to meet our clients' specific requirements.

In collaboration with the construction team. we worked on lighting, home automation, and the creation of cornices, adding an extra touch of elegance to the project. Our clients, who live abroad, entrusted us with the day-to-day management of the project and to assist them in choosing materials, finishes and designing the bathrooms and kitchen.

We were also tasked with recommending all the furniture and décor, and many of the chosen items were custom made. The luxurious finishes are reflected in the Rimadesio doors and carpentry, as well as in the furniture from major Italian brands such as Minotti, Poliform, and B&B Italia.

Finally, we designed and commissioned the building of a remarkable 6-meter-long fireplace, featuring a bioethanol burner, creating a warm and refined atmosphere in this prestigious apartment.
