The project An exceptional residence where elegance, light and art de vivre converge
Crowning the top floor of an intimate residence comprising just five apartments, this near-400 m² penthouse enjoys a rare and privileged setting where tranquillity, discretion and refinement meet in perfect accord. Conceived by the architectural firm DVK Architectes, this exceptional property offered generous proportions, a contemporary architectural language and the finest finishes — a canvas we were delighted to reveal through an entirely bespoke interior design project.
The owners, based abroad, entrusted us with the complete design and decoration of their future home. A mark of confidence that allowed us to envision an interior truly reflective of who they are, where every space speaks the same language of elegance, comfort and harmony.
The architecture of this penthouse provided an extraordinary foundation: open volumes, ever-present light and a natural, effortless flow between spaces. Our ambition was to unveil its full richness by imbuing it with a strong, elegant and timeless decorative identity.
Each room was conceived as a continuation of the last, creating true aesthetic continuity throughout. Materials, textures and colours enter into dialogue with the architecture, composing a balanced, warm interior perfectly attuned to its owners’ way of life.

Our approach Bespoke guidance, down to the finest detail
For this project, Emilie Romano at Home provided comprehensive guidance — from the initial vision for each space through to the selection of furniture, lighting, textiles and decorative accents. Working in close collaboration with the owners, we crafted a contemporary atmosphere punctuated by noble materials, soft tonalities and carefully chosen pieces, achieving a sophisticated interior that never loses its sense of warmth.
Every decision was guided by a single exacting standard: the seamless marriage of aesthetics and function. The spaces were arranged to offer optimal everyday comfort, while showcasing the apartment’s generous proportions and the exceptional quality of finishes envisioned from the project’s very inception.

Today, this penthouse unveils a world of elegance where light, volume and material converse with effortless ease. Every space evokes the same sense of serenity, carried by a luminous colour palette, exceptional materials and furnishings seamlessly integrated into the architecture.
Together, they compose a welcoming, sophisticated and perfectly balanced interior, designed to meet the demands of daily life while offering a truly elevated living experience. The reception rooms invite conviviality, while the more intimate spaces offer calm and softness within a hushed, enveloping atmosphere.
